Leak Repair & Repiping
Leaking Pipes Don't Wait. Neither Do We.
A small leak can do a lot of damage before you ever see it. Whether it’s a dripping fixture, a pinhole in a supply line, or water showing up somewhere it shouldn’t, we find the problem and fix it — same visit when possible. And if what we find points to something bigger going on with your pipes, we’ll tell you honestly and walk you through your options, including a full repipe if that’s the right call.
TYPES OF LEAKS WE REPAIR
- Visible Pipe Leaks — Exposed supply lines, connections under sinks, joints in crawl spaces. We repair or replace the affected section and confirm there's no further compromise nearby.
- Fixture Leaks — Dripping faucets, running toilets, and leaking supply valves waste more water than most people realize and rarely fix themselves. We stop it at the source.
- Hidden Wall & Ceiling Leaks — Water moving inside your walls causes mold, rot, and structural damage before you see a single drop. We locate it and keep disruption to your home minimal during repair.
- Slab Leaks — Water lines running beneath your foundation can leak without any obvious surface signs. We use diagnostic methods to pinpoint the location before recommending a repair approach.
SIGNS YOU MIGHT HAVE A LEAK (scannable list)
- Your water bill spiked without any change in usage
- Damp spots, soft flooring, or discoloration on walls or ceilings
- A musty or mildew smell that won't go away
- You can hear water running even when everything in the house is off
- Your water meter is moving when no fixtures are in use
When a Repair Isn't Enough: Repiping
REPIPING BODY Sometimes a leak isn’t a one-off — it’s a symptom. If your home has older galvanized steel or polybutylene pipe, recurring leaks, chronic low pressure, or discolored water, the underlying pipe condition may be the real issue. Patching individual leaks on compromised pipe is a short-term answer to a long-term problem.
A full repipe replaces your home’s supply lines with modern PEX or copper — eliminating the pattern rather than chasing it. It’s a bigger job, but it’s also the last pipe job most homeowners ever need. We walk you through the scope, the timeline, and the cost before anything starts, and we work to minimize disruption to your home during the process.
SIGNS A REPIPE MIGHT BE THE RIGHT CALL (scannable list)
- Recurring leaks in different locations around the home
- Low or inconsistent water pressure throughout the house
- Rust-colored or metallic-tasting water
- Your home has galvanized steel pipe and is more than 40 years old
- A recent inspection flagged your pipe condition
OUR APPROACH
We don’t push a repipe when a repair will do the job and is the right answer. But we also won’t keep patching a system that’s telling you it’s done without letting you know your options. When we assess a leak, we look at the full picture — the repair in front of us and what the rest of the pipe looks like. If a repipe makes sense, we’ll explain exactly why and give you a clear quote. If it doesn’t, we’ll fix what’s broken and be on our way.
