Remodeling & Project Plumbing

You Handle the Vision. We'll Handle the Plumbing.

Remodeling projects move fast, and the plumbing side can make or break the whole timeline. Whether you’re redoing a bathroom, finishing a basement, adding an outdoor kitchen, or doing a full kitchen overhaul, you need a plumber who shows up on schedule, works cleanly alongside other trades, and gets it right so the project keeps moving. That’s what we do. We’ve been the plumbing side of projects big and small throughout the Tulsa area, and we know what it takes to keep a job on track.

WHAT WE HANDLE ON PROJECT WORK

HOW WE WORK ON PROJECTS

Project plumbing is different from a service call. There’s a sequence, there are other trades involved, and the decisions you make early affect what’s possible later. We start with a walkthrough or a detailed conversation about your plans before we quote anything. We want to understand the full scope so we can give you an accurate number and flag anything that might affect your budget or timeline before work starts — not after.
We also pull our own permits on project work. If you need plumbing inspections to close out your project, we handle that coordination. We’ve done this enough times to know where the common hold-ups are and how to avoid them.

The earlier you bring us in, the better.

Plumbing decisions made at the design stage — where the drain goes, where the wet wall lands, whether the layout supports what you want — save real money compared to changes made during demo or rough-in. If your project is still in the planning phase, that’s the best time to call us. We’re happy to look at plans and give you input before anything is final.

COMMON QUESTIONS ON PROJECT WORK

Do I need a permit for my bathroom remodel?

Usually yes, if you’re moving or adding plumbing — not just swapping fixtures. We’ll tell you exactly what’s required for your project and handle the plumbing permit ourselves.

Can you work with my general contractor?

Absolutely. We’re used to coordinating with GCs, designers, and other trades. Just loop us in early and we’ll work around the schedule.

How far out are you scheduling project work?

It depends on the time of year, but project work typically books further out than service calls. Reach out as early in your planning process as you can — even if you don’t have a start date yet, we can get you on our radar.

Do you do the finish plumbing too, or just rough-in?

Both. We prefer to handle a project from rough-in through finish so there’s one point of accountability. We can also step in for finish-only if your rough-in was done by someone else — we’ll assess what’s there first and make sure it’s up to our standards.
