1. Services Provided
Tulsa Plumbing and Remodeling, LLC offers plumbing and remodeling services, including installation, maintenance, and repair. By scheduling an appointment, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by text.
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Estimates & Payments
Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and may change if additional work or parts are required.
Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept list payment methods: cash, most major credit cards, checks with proof of ID
4. Warranties & Liability
We stand behind our workmanship and may provide limited warranties depending on the service performed.
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and fixtures where applicable.
We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing issues, misuse, or failure to follow our recommendations.
5. SMS Communications (10DLC Compliance)
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Tulsa Plumbing and Remodeling, LLC related to your service requests, appointment reminders, billing, and promotions.
Message Frequency: Varies based on your interactions with us.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message.

Message & Data Rates: May apply based on your carrier plan.
We will not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date.

Terms and Conditions Specific to Service Membership Agreements:
1. Membership Term
All paid memberships (Route 66 Plan, Stay Gold Plan, or any other plan offered by Tulsa Plumbing and Remodeling, LLC) require a 12-month commitment from the date of enrollment.
Membership benefits remain active for 12 months and renew annually unless canceled prior to renewal.
2. Payment Terms
Memberships may be paid annually in full or in approved installment payments.
If installment payments are selected, the full 12-month commitment remains in effect regardless of payment schedule.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of benefits.
3. Early Cancellation
Memberships may be canceled prior to the 12-month term; however:
Any included services already performed (such as water heater maintenance or drain cleaning) will be billed at standard retail pricing.
Any discounts applied to prior repairs will be reversed and invoiced.
Remaining unpaid membership balance may become due.
No partial refunds are provided after included services have been used.
4. Included Services
Included services must be scheduled during normal business hours and are subject to availability.
Route 66 Plan includes:
One annual water heater service (tank or tankless flush as applicable)
Stay Gold Plan includes:
One annual water heater service
One annual drain cleaning (up to 1 hour)
Additional time or services beyond included allowances will be billed at standard rates.
Included services do not carry cash value and may not be redeemed for credit.
5. Service Fee Waivers
Route 66 Plan:
$0 service fee during regular business hours.
Stay Gold Plan:
$0 service fee anytime for emergency service needs.
After-hours and weekend appointments are reserved for urgent or emergency situations at the discretion of Tulsa Plumbing & Remodeling. Non-urgent services may be scheduled during regular business hours.
Emergency or after-hours labor rates may still apply where applicable.
6. Repair Discounts
Route 66 Plan: 10% off repairs
Stay Gold Plan: 15% off repairs
Discounts apply to repair labor and materials provided by TPAR and may not be combined with other promotions or discounts. Not applicable to new installations or replacements.
7. Warranty Coverage
Route 66 Plan:
1-year warranty on completed repair work.
Stay Gold Plan:
2-year warranty on completed repair work.
Warranty coverage applies only to repairs performed by Tulsa Plumbing & Remodeling and does not cover misuse, neglect, or unrelated system failures.
Drain cleaning services are maintenance services and are not covered under warranty. Because drain systems are subject to recurring buildup, root intrusion, and external factors beyond our control, future blockages are not guaranteed against.
8. Transferability
Memberships are transferable to a new homeowner if the property is sold within the active term.
Memberships may not be transferred to a different property owned by the member without approval.
9. Service Area
Membership benefits apply only to properties within TPAR’s standard service area.
10. Modifications
Tulsa Plumbing & Remodeling reserves the right to modify membership benefits upon renewal. Active memberships will retain agreed benefits through the current term.
11. Limitation of Liability
Membership provides maintenance benefits and repair discounts but does not serve as an insurance policy or guarantee against plumbing failure.
